Need advice on how to find and engage an expert MS365 for small biz maintenance

Hi, I have a couple of small businesses and am helping set up two others - all operating on Microsoft 365. I can do a lot of the setup but really just need someone who knows how MS365 ecosystem works in 2022 and how to do a quick regular audit of security and setup arrangements, as well as being on call for support when needed (e.g. my Outlook for desktop has not opened since November last year and I just can't work out how to fix it...). 

So the question here is - can you direct me to places I might find someone in Australia and what questions should I ask to make sure they really do know what they're talking about? Thanks!
