Limiting OneDrive sharing a certain domain or security group within a tenant

Is it possible to limiting OneDrive sharing a certain domain or security group within a tenant?

I have clients who have multiple companies and domains on the same tenant but need to restrict the sharing of personal OneDrive documents to certain domains on the tenant (ideal solution) or security groups.

@orangedux you can limit external sharing by domain from your sharepoint admin center 

you can specific domains and block specific domains

thanks for your kind reply. I am actually looking for something a bit more granular.

This is the scenario:

I have 2 companies in 1 tenant. I want to prevent people from company A from sharing documents with companies B and vice versa.

i think if you use the information barrier in Microsoft preview you can prevent communication between users under one tenant. check out the below document.

yes you can define for example group to users from domain A and group of users from domain B

At the moment we have E1 Basic and Standard Office 365 licenses, do you know what the cost increase would be to use IB for the whole tenant?

you can check the price of the license in the marketplace in O365 admin portal
