Get data from excel to word, copy fil problem

Hello

I have a issue making a small project administration file collaboration , with some files and foldes.

Example: I have 3 files, located like this:

..\Project 1\Maindocument.xlsx

..\Project 1\01 Documents\Subdocument1.docx

..\Project 1\02 Other files\Subdocument2.docx

 

Its now possible to link data (text etc.) between documents, and it automaticly updates, both from maindocument to subdocuments, and the other way around. Works fine!

 

My problem is when i want to use this template, i copy folder "Project 1", past it as "project 2".

The linked data is not updatet to project 2, it still gather data from project 1 (template).

 

In future I also want a Projectstatus.xlsm, who gather information from all maindocuments.xlsm locatet like this:

..\Running projects\Projectstatus.xlsm

..\Running projects\Project 1\Maindocument.xlsx

..\Running projects\Project 1\01 Documents\Subdocument1.docx

..\Running projects\Project 1\02 Other files\Subdocument2.docx

..\Running projects\Project 2\Maindocument.xlsx

etc...

 

Please help. How can i make this files/folder structure and links between documents the easiest and best way, and only copy/past template projectfolder to new project.
