I recently logged into a clients O365 account as the admin to enable multi-factor authentication for them. While I see all the users listed there, mixed in are about 20 other email addresses. People that i believe they email with but why are they listed in our O365 account in that area?
for example if the domain is xyzdomain.com i see a list like this:
joe@xyzdomain.com
mary@xyzdomain.com
john@outlook.com
bob@xyzdomain.com
lisa@xyzdomain.com
mikes@gmail.com
henry@xyzdomain.com
Why are these names in there? They are not there when going to ACTIVE USERS.
How do I remove them?
