Findtime Outlook Plugin

Curious if anyone can tell me if Findtime is supported by Microsoft Support or is it used as-is only.  Thanks.

As it is aimed at Microsoft 365 users, it is supported. There are even some error scenarios which will give you the "contact support" instructions by the app itself.
