Bei der Anmeldung in meinem Office-Geschäftskonto muss ich einen Code aus der Authenticator-App eingeben. Das Profil des Geschäftskontos ist allerdings dort nicht hinterlegt, sondern nur mein Microsoft-Account. Eine alternative Zustellung per SMS funktioniert nicht, da die SMS nicht ankommt.
Das Geschäftskonto kann ich in der Authenticator-App nicht hinterlegen, da dort auch schon ein Code gefordert wird.

Seit Tagen versuche ich an der Hotline jemanden zu erreichen, aber es geht einfach niemand ran. Ich werde darauf hingewiesen, einen Rückruf über das Admincenter anzufordern, dort kann ich mich ja aber gar nicht anmelden.

Kann bitte jemand die 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung deaktivieren oder gibt es einen anderen Weg, mich wieder in meinen Account anzumelden?

When I sign in to my Office business account, I have to enter a code from the Authenticator app. However, the profile of the business account is not listed there, only my Microsoft account. An alternative delivery by SMS does not work because the SMS does not arrive.
I cannot store the business account in the authenticator app, because a code is already requested there.

I've been trying to reach someone on the hotline for days, but nobody answers. I am heard to request a callback via the admin center, but I cannot register there.

Can someone please deactivate the 2-factor authentication or is there another way to log me back into my account?
