Does the New Outlook 365 for Desktop app do offline mode, yet?

I keep seeing notices that New Outlook 365 for Desktop (Windows), is expected to be released in August, but does that mean that it's now supporting offline mode?  I wanted to test drive it about a month ago, and Offline mode wasn't part of the beta at that point so I just passed.
