Hi guys.
Does routable UPN account suffix is required for exchange 2010 -> o365 cutover migration?

Solution

In a cutover migration, the UPN of the cloud object is provisioned based on the mail/WindowsEmailAddress value on-premises, so technically you might get away with non-routable On-Prem suffixes. But I'd recommend adding them anyway, especially if you want to take advantage of DirSync post-migration.
