Help please! After they close and I reopen them it sometimes says 'not activated'...sometimes not....and the situation is getting worse This happens on Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. How do I stop this and why am I having this problem. I paid my subscription. Thank you.

As you have a paid subscription, you are entitled to support. The great thing about logging a formal support request is that an engineer will then work the problem through to completion. That doesn't happen in informal channels like this community where people will look an at an issue, decide that they don't have enough information to make a sensible suggestion, and move on... So log a support request!
