Hi

I have installed Microsoft 365 Business Premium on Windows 11 and would like to participate in the Microsoft 365 Insider program.
How should I do this?

Thanks

Since you are on business subscription please check Deployment Options here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/DeployOffice/insider/

In general starting point is https://insider.microsoft365.com/en-us/

If a person had installed the official version of Microsoft 365 Business Premium and would like to participate in the Microsoft 365 Insider program, how should he do it?

Thanks

With business subscription (doesn't matter which one) subscriber is considered as organization, even if only one person within such organization. In any case you need to have admin rights to change the channel from production on insider one. How to do that is the link above, more details are here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/DeployOffice/insider/deploy/options. Other words you may use Office Deployment Tool, Group Policy, change register, etc. Perhaps the fastest way is to change the registry https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/DeployOffice/insider/deploy/registry , just be careful with that.

Once installed you shall see Beta or Current (Preview) channel. on your choice, in File->About.

As I remember there are hacks how to add the button as in consumer version to change the channel in UI, you may google for that.

I personally use Office Deployment Tool, however that was couple of years ago when I used it last time.

Can private users also participate in this program?

Thanks

Anyone who has Microsoft 365 subscription, consumer or business user. Just entry point is a bit different.
