Hybrid environment with 3 different forests and Exchange organizations

Hi, I have an intresting scenario for a hybrid deployment that i want to validate. The customer is merging 3 companies into one, but their AD infrastructure will remain the same. Nowadays, each company has its own AD forest in 2008 with an Exchange 2010 organization. Each company has its own domain name and does not share any trust relationships between them. They want to unify their mail infratructure in Office 365, using a single new domain on the cloud.

As per the supported topologies for Azure AD Connect, multiple forest can be connected to a single tenant. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/connect/active-directory-aadconnect-topologi...

However, regarding to Exchange Online, can we deploy 3 hybrid Exchange instances (one in each domain/forest) againt the same tenant?

Yeap, this approach should work...indeed I have a project where we are going to do this with two branches of the same company...each branch has their own Exchange OnPrem deployment
