Transitioning from MSP to managing our own - how to migrate licenses and subscriptions

My organization is going to take over management of Microsoft subscriptions that we have procured from a managed services reseller. Can someone advise on the necessary steps for transitioning all of our products to an account under our own org so that we are purchasing directly from Microsoft.
