Power Automate Teams environments inactive in 1 day.

Hi, we have an active support request open - 2209120040001356, and need to escalate this urgently.
We do not have the menu items available in the Power Automate admin center to change the Environment policy which is going to make some of our Teams environments inactive in 1 day. We need to prevent this from occurring.

What's the best way to get urgent action from Microsoft support?

Please refer to the below methods to obtain support from Microsoft, if you didn't subscript any extra services like Premier service (or call Unified now....)

Btw, I would suggest the below action item first:

Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > New service request. If you're in the admin center, select Support > New service request.
