O365 Mail Flow Rule

Hello, I have created a "mail flow" rule in O365 that basically says when an email is sent to the manager and the type of email is "Calendaring", forward the message to the secretary for approval. 

 

The mail flow rule is working perfectly, but the secretaries are complaining that they only have 2 days to approve the calendar invite. Meaning, if a calendar invite comes in late Friday or early Saturday they are going to miss it.

 

Is there a way to extend the approval time on these calendar invites to the manager? I did see anywhere in the mail flow rule that would allow me to do that.
