I just want to know that How can i know the password of any user ,without letting him know ?

For some security reasons we want to know the password of our user .

Not possible, after the password is generated or saved it is stored encrypted. You need to set and document the password if you want to know them.

It never will. It is a security question that if any system have that option it will not be certified with standards.
