This looks to be exactly on topic with what we've been working on the past couple of weeks.  The volume of requests for vaccine information, appointments, etc we get is increasing every day, and difficult to keep up with.  I'll be sure to attend the webinar, but do you have any useful resources you can share in the meantime?
