MarjanD, that's a great question and it's the pattern that most people
default to. The challenge comes from the heavily nested nature of the
FHIR data. This leaves users with a lot of Power Query work to flatten
the data. Here we are using Synapse to flatten out the data making the
models in PowerBI...
Thanks @arnaudceol - that's a great point - it is in fact lossless
compression, and we've updated the article to reflect this (paragraph
that begins with "While BAM files are often already compressed.").

Thanks for this post. I think it is interesting for the researchers to
see data compression in the context of cost and saving. You may want to
add a short note to clarify on wether this compression is lossy or
lossless, as this is often what makes researchers hesitate about the
adoption of compressi...
@David Phillips Did you ever figure this piece out? I'm seeing the same,
where if I swap out the user with the autologin user Appdata path, it
still runs as the shared user, not the OneSign user.
