We have Exchange 2019 On Premise.
One of mailboxes is configured to forward all emails to some external email address and to store the emails as well.
There are no transport rules configured either on Exchange or on this mailbox, but some emails aren't forwarded to external email address, even though the are delivered to mailbox in Exchange.
In MessageTracking logs we can see, that these emails haven't been transferred to external email address.
What could we also check to find the issue out?
