Customer has 2 2010 CAS servers and 6 2010 MBX servers. Pair of Kemp LB in front of the servers. Installed Ex2016 CU14 and the default EAS policy has updated during the period of time the Ex2016 was installed.
This has caused a large number of Android phones to have to update their email profile policy and causing a large number of calls to the help desk.
Trying to understand was it something we during the install that was incorrect or has some other issue happened?
