Autodiscover Record

Hi.

I have on my registrar:

A                  domainname.com   IP ADDRESS

A                  mail                         IP ADDRESS

CNAME        Autodiscover           mail.domainname.com

SRV              0 0 443                    mail.domainname.com

So, when test my settings on testconnectivity.microsoft.com

Exchange ActiveSync - Test OK (it gets SRV record)

Outlook Connectivity - Test Fail

It does not read CNAME record and SRV records, only get record from domainname.com CPanel settings, like domainname.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml with wrong settings.

Microsoft's test connectivity utility will loop through multiple autodiscover namespaces. Not all will be successful. Just go through the results and make sure the namespace you want to be successful is successful.
