Please i need your help on this issue.

i found many emails name is showing unknown from usage report.

Please how do i resolve this issue

Hi @MikeJohn1710.

For emails to show the usage report, You must be a Microsoft 365 global administrator.

Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Go to Settings - Org Settings - Services. Select Reports.

Uncheck Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports, and then select Save.

Refresh and check the Reports on the admin center. It will show the emails names for the report.
