Ribbon Command list filter

I don't see the filter for the command list in the Options dialog when customizing the Ribbon, etc.

 

Most commands have associated commands with a different name, so they are spread throughout the list,  e.g. Define Print Styles and Print. 

 

There are too many commands to not have a filter.
