Curious if this is a known issue. I'm trying to pull in data into power query using a web URL, however, i'm only getting 24,998 rows of a total 278K. When pulling the data in using Get external data vs. Get & transform, all 278K rows are loaded. This also seems to be an issue with PowerBI. Is there something I'm missing with the data load?
