Power query to replace variables in formulas

Hi,

i have a sheet "Actif (2)" were I would like to replace some variables. Before they were named with letters, now i would like a massive replacement for numbers.

In "cuentas" sheet, i have 2 lists. Old is the names to replace and New is the list to be used.

Can some one help me in creating a PQ that changes names of list " Old" in "cuentas" sheet for numbers of list "New"?

I suspect VBA but not sure. I suggest you change the title of this thread and replace "Power Query" with "VBA"...
