IF formula

Can someone help me with the next If formula:  ALS.VOORWAARDEN(Z33=1;1;Z33=0,75;2;Z33=0,5;3;Z33=0,25;4;Z33=0;5). Now another cell needs to be added. IF I do so, the values of Z33 will change:  ALS.VOORWAARDEN(Z33=1;1;Z33=0,67;2;Z33=0,5;3;Z33=0,33;4;Z33=0,167;5;Z33=0;6). For values Z33=0,67 and Z33=0,33 I get the result #N/B.

How can I solve this?

And of course also when Z33=0,167...

Does this work?

=ALS.VOORWAARDEN(Z33=1;1;Z33=2/3;2;Z33=1/2;3;Z33=1/3;4;Z33=1/6;5;Z33=0;6)

(Don't you need to handle 5/6 ~ 0,83?)
