Excel signed macros don't run after Fall Creators update

Before the Fall Creators update yesterday my self signed macros ran OK. I'm using Excel 2007. My macro security setting is "Disable all macros except digitally signed macros. My self certificate is stored in folders Personal, Trusted Root Certification Authorities and Trusted Publishers.

After the Fall Creators update these macros don't run with my macro security setting. If I move the macro files to a Trusted Location, they run OK.

I have checked the macro files and they are signed with my certificate. But if I open the certificate all buttons are greyed out but there is a statement that the certificate is OK.

I don't get any warnings when opening the macro file. When I run a macro I get a message that "macros are disabled because of my macro security setting".

 

Is there any work around for this macro problem?

Is there any security setting in Fall Creators update that can unlock this macro problem?

 

N.B. The same problem exists for Word 2007 macros.
