Hi all,
I am trying to activate Excel Add-Ins in Excel 2016 local client. File - Options - Add-Ins I have ticked Analysis Toolpak and Solver. After a short loading, nothing happens, the Analyze group and the Data Analysis command doesn't appear on the Data tab.
Double-checked the Trust Center, Add-Ins are not blocked.
The Add-Ins are now showing under the Activated Add-Ins list, so not blocked by GPO etc.
Is there an O365 Admin setting to block Excel Add-Ins for enterprise users?
I have seen dozens of forums posts people reporting the same in the past 2 years, but no solution offered yet. It either appears or not for people.

Just did a test on a different machine, and it works.
Working machine: Office 365 ProPlus
Version 1708 (Build 8431.2153 Click-to-Run)
Not working machine: Office 365 ProPlus
Version 1902 (Build 11328.20222 Click-to-Run)
So why is it working on the old version, but not the new version?
