What would the formula be for the following:
Drop down box selections: "Principle and Interest" Or "Interest Only:
Next Cell along to have the respective answer based on drop down box selection.
I know the two seperate formulas but can't nest them.

Do you have a list of the respective answers for both cases? How many cases (dropdown options) are there?
