Additional Work Accounts Not Syncing

Hello,

 

We are running Edge via a Citrix published application using UPM as our roaming profile solution. After adding separate work accounts and syncing for the first time, subsequent launches of the published application sync the original work account, but the added work accounts will not sync. We are running this from server 2022. See screenshot below:

@cafardijm Hi - If you are having issues with sync, it would be best to reach out to Support  Services Hub (microsoft.com).  They should be able to gather logs and other diagnostic data to help investigate your specific case.  Thanks!
