Introductory courses for driving adoption offered in 2020?

@Karuana_Gatimu_MSFTI'm getting started with driving service adoption and tracking productivity and usage for my organization.  Are they new courses for these subjects being offered in 2020 that you'd recommend?  Please let me know, thanks.
