Am using Version 18.104.22.168 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
Trying to open the browser, nothing at all happens when I try. Works fine when using "run as Administrator" but this seems like it could be a bad idea.
I don't get any error message or reaction at all, no idea where to start troubleshooting.

Tried to reset the settings while in admin. Didn't work. Still crashes.
@MarbleMouse, we had an issue with the build that we chose to promote to Dev. We have since pulled the build down. You have two choices to get unblocked:
1) You can wait until tomorrow, we will be publishing a build that has a fix for the crash, or
2) Uninstall and reinstall from https://microsoftedgeinsider.com/download
