Missing Smart Copy

The smart copy feature in Edge kept missing on my desktops recently. It looks like the smart copy  feature is gone after updates (windows or something else). Windows 10 Pro was installed on the desktops. Laptops so far are fine.

I tried everything I could fine on Internet with no success. 

Does anyone have such a experience and know how to fix it?

The latest version of Edge removed it for me too, I'm trying to find out why? I loved that feature!
