Resource Explorer Shows Wrong Timestamp for Workstation Status

Brass Contributor

In Resource Explorer for a PC, the timestamp for Workstation Status is 7 hours earlier than the time it actually occurred.  Correspondingly, Time Zone Offset is -420 minutes.  This change seems to have coincided with the update to Configuration Manager 2207.  I'll install Configuration Manager 2211 and see if the issue is resolved.

No, curiously, GMT is 7 hours forwards, but the time shown in Resource Explorer is 7 hours backwards.  If I were to invoke the Hardware Inventory Cycle on my PC now, at 9:08 Mountain Time, the timestamp would show 2:08am, where it is currently 4:08pm in GMT.

The timestamp issue was resolved by updating to Configuration Manager version 2211. But now, I find that all client installations fail because MicrosoftPolicyPlatformSetup.msi returns error 1603.  Doh!
