I am testing by triggering a simple hello world program via the azureDevOps on - premises 2019.
1. where do I install the agent?
2. does the ADO server itself need a agent to be installed?
3. does the target server need a agent?
4. where my hello world program going to sits at? on the ADO server or on the target host itself?
basically trying to build a pipeline to file the hello world program remotely from the ADO Server to the target server using CMD.
