Retrospective Templates

How do you create a template for collecting feedback during a retrospective. I would like to have a template that is used by all departments. There are existing options however I manipulate the titles and icons to the ones our company wants to use, this gets tedious so I would like to have a template instead of recreating the layout each time.

Yes please! Having a hard time understanding why there are already some default templates there but we can't add our own, or even edit the ones that exist. The wording used in them are really bad & don't follow what most teams use as columns for their Retros. It's also difficult to understand why this message has no replies & why Google can't seem to find any solution from Microsoft. I could understand this if ADO were a free product, buuuut......
