Login on azure dev on loop

When we authenticate through Azure Devops, we fall into an infinite loop which asks us to authenticate again and after 5 attempts we land on a 500 error page. However, if we wait a certain delay and Once you authenticate again, it's a success. Do you have any possible solutions or suggestions?

@juhua some users in my organization have the same problem. We already removed and added users on Azure Dev Ops organization, tried another browsers. But, isn't working.  How could I open a ticket to support about it?
