Login on azure dev on loop

When we authenticate through Azure Devops, we fall into an infinite loop which asks us to authenticate again and after 5 attempts we land on a 500 error page. However, if we wait a certain delay and Once you authenticate again, it's a success. Do you have any possible solutions or suggestions?

      juhua some users in my organization have the same problem. We already removed and added users on Azure Dev Ops organization, tried another browsers. But, isn't working.  How could I open a ticket to support about it?
