How to start WVD machine by a user w/o Azure portal

We use Windows Virtual Desktops for our employees. We configured the machines to shut down at a given time in the evening. Or the employee is shutting down the machine by the Start Menu.

Question: How is the employee able to start the machine by himself without intervention by an admin inside the Azure portal?

Hi @rteinze,
The feature Start VM on Connect can be used for this. When configured it will start deallocated machine when a user starts he's desktop. Check the following link for all the info. This is not yet GA.
