How to start WVD machine by a user w/o Azure portal
We use Windows Virtual Desktops for our employees. We configured the machines to shut down at a given time in the evening. Or the employee is shutting down the machine by the Start Menu. Question...

The feature Start VM on Connect can be used for this. When configured it will start deallocated machine when a user starts he's desktop. Check the following link for all the info. This is not yet GA.
