Access db was written in year 2000. However it stopped working.
I have just bought a PC windows 11 here in Houston Texas, thinking that the program would start and open. But it wont start. I would like to personally visit the Houston Microsoft office to obtain technical support and restart the program.

We have covered this thoroughly in previous discussions.
Your problem is simple, with a simple solution.
You can let someone like Arnel convert it.
I could convert it for you.
While I suppose there is some concern about trusting people participating in a discussion on a forum, you can mitigate those concerns by signing a confidentiality agreement in advance.
If the data is so inherently sensitive that you can't see your way clear to letting someone help you, perhaps you can find an Access developer near you who will do it under your supervision.
This is simply not the kind of thing that should require a visit to the Microsoft Offices. Tens of thousands of people have converted their older mdbs to the newer format over the years. It's a routine procedure.
