Does anyone know if Exchange 2010 is supported for multi-forest hybrid? The content of this link says that 2010 is supported, however the "applies to" does not list 2010. https://technet.microsoft.com/library/jj873754.aspx
However this link, says "If there's more than one on-premises Exchange organization (that is, Exchange has been deployed to more than one forest), you must use Exchange 2013 SP1 or later." It then links to the article above... https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/connect/active-directory-aadconnect-topologi...

SolutionHi Michael,
Exchange 2010 SP3 is supported for multi-forest hybrid deployments.
The official announcement was made ad Ignite last year: https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/Ignite/2016/BRK3217-TS
You can watch the video or only download the slides from Timothy and Nicolas for more information.

It is supported, i recommend to setup a hybrid in 2013 in your 2010 exchange environment. If in any case you arbitrage and health mailboxes get messed you can move them to the 2013 server when you also setup the mailbox server role.
