Spreadsheet and graphical Help with Formulas/VBA for Selective Columns

Hi, I have a Table A which requires some formulation or VBA to display Table B on another sheet with a bar graph generated. Table B requires only the selected months and will only display when there is a value of 1 and above. If all selected months are indicated as 0, the subject will not appear in Table B. Appreciate the help in advance. Thanks.

If you have Excel 2016 (or Excel 2010 - 2013 with Power Query Installed) then this should work
