In the attached file , I was trying to exclude the official holidays [AG5:AG12] from business hours calculation by adding the optional parameter of (NETWORKDAYS.INTL) function to exclude holidays, but for the cases that were done on holidays it still giving non-zero for the #of business hours, why?
i think it is supposed to count the whole case hours as non-business hours since it was done during holidays...how to solve it ? OR I should use another function to exclude holidays?
e.g: on holidays cases
(start date 10.8.2019
end date 14.8.2019 )cases.
