Hi - new to this forum so this may be an easy one for someone hopefully.

One of our software applications outputs formula data in the attached csv format. Each individual recipe (the application matches Pantone colours for printing inks) may have anything from 2 - 8 lines of data, including a header.

What I am trying to do is take the data as outputted and then create a X-Y table showing all formulas on the Y axis with Percentages and the components of these formulas on the X axis.

I've attached the output file, an example Table from a customer and my 1st attempt using lookup tables (only works with equal number of lines to each formula)
