Viva Engage Agent draft not visible
Hi, I'm verified admin in my company account and I can see and approve the drafts created by the Viva Engage Agent. My coworker on the other hand cannot see the agent draft and cannot even access the empty page sometimes. They received notification but cannot see the page to approve them, whether they are community admin or community experts. Is it because I'm the one who enabled the agent or because I'm a verified admin or because I'm the first one to open the notification? Since 3 weeks ago, whenever I paste a Vimeo link into Viva Engage it becomes an attachment that, when posted, requires the post to be expanded before it can be watched. Previously it's always scraped the vid and embedded to the post, so both the player and copy are immediately viewable by the community. None of my Vimeo settings have changed so I'm unsure why this has occurred. Dear All, It would be helpful to have a feature in Viva Engage posts that allows us to tag DLs when needed. While planning a post, I noticed that cross functional teams are not part of the community for specific reasons, which I understand. I am having problems with seeing notifications from external network (Microsoft's network to be exact). I can see the notification count all right: However upon clicking the bell, I get this error 90% of the time: What is really weird, is that every now & then it works just fine - it might take 10 times trying the bell icon, or 50, but those notifications will at some point be shown to me all right. I seem to be in tiny minority of people having this issue. Does anyone have any guidance or troubleshooting approach? Is this a setting in my home tenant, or Microsoft tenant? Account permissions? Does a log or telemetry exist anywhere where I could start asking the right questions how to resolve this. We rolled out Viva Engage hoping the praise feature would help build a recognition culture but honestly its kinda buried and most employees forget its there. Our managers want something where giving recognition is part of the daily flow, like right inside a Teams chat or after a meeting. Are you running into difficulties with praise? I work in a large organization, and we have many private groups to avoid employees getting tired of seeing posts that are not relevant to them. However, it is difficult to tell whether a group is private or not, so users often end up sharing posts from private groups. Is there a way to disable the sharing option in our group? I'm not able to connect to https://engage.cloud.microsoft/main/org/microsoft.com, where I'm was added as member of several communities (I received notifications with "You have been added on..."). I'm requested to log on using my work account. All options fail: Using passkey: "Something went wrong" Using Authenticator app: "Request wasn't sent" (I approved the request.) Using password: "Your account or password is incorrect." (I entered the correct password.) It could be something with connection between my company and Microsoft. My organization has passwordless logon. In the Event tab within Viva Engage Communities it would be great with some improvements to enhance the usage and customization of Events. Similar to Facebook and Workplace events where participants had the possibility to select "Attending" and "Not attending". We have cases where we plan in person events where it would be really helpful to get an overview of participants that are attending. Similar to Facebook and Workplace events where participants had the possibility to select "Attending" and "Not attending". Additionally, giving users the ability to add events directly to their calendars would help them stay organized and maintain a better overview of company activities. To summarize very wanted features are: The options for participants to click Attending/Not attending. I am following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/engage/manage-engage-licenses-microsoft-365 to remove users from the access to VE by removing Microsoft licenses and changing a setting in VE to block users without the Viva Engage Core license. I am a global M365 admin. In the article the VE Network Admin Center is the one I've seen and used before (I assume from the old Yammer Network). However, when I try to access the admin center I get a view (like the picture below) that does not include a Security Settings Page, which based on the article is where I need to turn on the setting in VE to block users without the license. Hi there I'll try and explain this as best I can, I'm getting confused about what to do myself now!!! we managed to get an extension from MS to migrate a Yammer external network site to Viva until 31st August. I am following this guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/engage/configure-your-viva-engage-network/modern-external-networks I have used my global admin account e.g. myadmin@existing_tenant.onmicrosoft.com from my current tenant to create a new entra work_force tenant (aaa_vivaengage.onmicrosoft.com) so far so good. I can't seem to figure out how to sign into the NEW TENANTs viva engage page with my admin account to generate the association token, I need to use myadmin@existing_tenant.onmicrosoft.com on engage.cloud.microsoft according to the instructions, when I try and do that I am taken to the engage management interface for my existing tenant and all its current content not the new one I've created (aaa_vivaengage.onmicrosoft.com). Essentially, how do I do this bit: As the Viva Engage Global Administrator, go to engage.cloud.microsoft and sign into Viva Engage on the new Microsoft Entra tenant. I can't see a way of switching engage tenants once signed in or beforehand. I am able to create a new global admin account in the new entra tenant and sign into the associated new engage tenant with that but I can't generate the association token using that account and pair the parent and new tenants as the token needs to be created using the admin account that created the new tenant in the first place (myadmin@existing_tenant.onmicrosoft.com). If I try doing that I get an invalid token error when trying to redeem the code in the parent tenant.
