Unable to login to VIVA Engage
Hello Team, I’m unable to sign in to VIVA engage using my O365 credentials. I receive the following error message: "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." However, all other MS services using the same credentials, such as Outlook, are working. Request your guidance to resolve this. Regards, Rakesh

Viva Engage Agent draft not visible
Hi, I'm verified admin in my company account and I can see and approve the drafts created by the Viva Engage Agent. My coworker on the other hand cannot see the agent draft and cannot even access the empty page sometimes. They received notification but cannot see the page to approve them, whether they are community admin or community experts. Is it because I'm the one who enabled the agent or because I'm a verified admin or because I'm the first one to open the notification? Thanks What they see when they click on the Agent Icon : But I'm the only one to see the drafts :

Modern external network migration, how to sign into new tenant with admin account.
Hi there I'll try and explain this as best I can, I'm getting confused about what to do myself now!!! we managed to get an extension from MS to migrate a Yammer external network site to Viva until 31st August. I am following this guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/engage/configure-your-viva-engage-network/modern-external-networks I have used my global admin account e.g. myadmin@existing_tenant.onmicrosoft.com from my current tenant to create a new entra work_force tenant (aaa_vivaengage.onmicrosoft.com) so far so good. I can't seem to figure out how to sign into the NEW TENANTs viva engage page with my admin account to generate the association token, I need to use myadmin@existing_tenant.onmicrosoft.com on engage.cloud.microsoft according to the instructions, when I try and do that I am taken to the engage management interface for my existing tenant and all its current content not the new one I've created (aaa_vivaengage.onmicrosoft.com). Essentially, how do I do this bit: As the Viva Engage Global Administrator, go to engage.cloud.microsoft and sign into Viva Engage on the new Microsoft Entra tenant. I can't see a way of switching engage tenants once signed in or beforehand. I am able to create a new global admin account in the new entra tenant and sign into the associated new engage tenant with that but I can't generate the association token using that account and pair the parent and new tenants as the token needs to be created using the admin account that created the new tenant in the first place (myadmin@existing_tenant.onmicrosoft.com). If I try doing that I get an invalid token error when trying to redeem the code in the parent tenant. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Email settings groups
Not sure if its Viva or not, but When I create a group in the admin 365, I can easily tick off the option of "send copies of og group conversations and events ot group members". When created a community within Viva, that group name cant do that. Unable to save the settings "Send copies of group conversations and events to group members' inboxes" and/or "Allow people outside your organization to send email to the group." Either the assigned product license does not include Exchange Online, or you recently created this group and it is not yet ready for processing. Where is the problem?

Merge 2 communities in Viva engage and delete one
Hello Members, Please help me with this requirement below a) Remove/close this viva community - News - 6.2k users b) Continue with this community only - News in Exchange - 4.7k users When the News group is deleted, it would be good if the people that are in group a) are automatically added to group b) so they don´t need to enter another group on their own. Is there a proper process/solution for this? Thanks!

Assistance Required: Microsoft Viva Engage Native Mode Upgrade Failure (ID: MV906775)
Hello everyone, I’ve recently received an email from Microsoft with the subject "Microsoft Viva Engage Native Mode upgrade failed in your tenant" (ID: MV906775). However, I'm struggling to understand the issue and couldn’t find any clear details in the Microsoft 365 admin portal. The email mentioned the following: The network was upgraded to Native Mode but certain pre-conditions prevented the upgrade from being completed. It referenced previous communication (Message center post MC424414) regarding the upgrade from Non-Native Mode or hybrid Networks to Native Mode to align with Azure AD and Microsoft 365. As this issue needs action from my end to proceed with the upgrade, could someone help me with: What specific pre-conditions could cause this upgrade failure? How can I identify and resolve these issues in my tenant? If any previous users encountered this, what steps did you take to fix the issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, Janak Khadka
