I received a message in my Hotmail email saying that my Outlook account will be deactivated without verification. The email says my account will be suspended and contains the following message: You have up to 48 hours to accept the terms. After this period, your email account will be permanently deactivated. The sender information is: Informe - Microsoft <email address removed for privacy reasons>. Hotmail identified the message as spam. The attachments were blocked for my security. The email also contains the following message: Microsoft Account Team <email address removed for privacy reasons>. Is this email a scam? Will my account really be deactivated?

Hello, On my journey to MCT, I found useful some great online videos from cloudguides.com, and I am sharing with my colleagues or participants lots of those, For example, recently I discover this , about Network securiy, https://mslearn.cloudguides.com/guides/Azure%20network%20security this one about AZ-104 most common tasks, https://www.cloudguides.com/guides/Manage%20Microsoft%20Entra%20ID%20identities and I think there are many more .... last year I used many of Interactive LAB guides for AZ-800 or AZ-801 if I recall, which were GREAT becasue they have the ability to "emulate" to new students how to react on specific azoure resources or configuration menus in azure portal ! But my problem is that there is no list of all AVAILABLE interactive guides, in order to see them and choose specific ones that I am interested to ? Does anyone have a solution on that ? Any link or resource with a list of all available interactive guides on the cloudguides.com site ? I am trying to make sense of exam numbers in Microsoft Certification poster. https://arch-center.azureedge.net/Credentials/Certification-Poster_en-us.pdf. For example I notice most azure exam numbers start with 1xx. That gives me the impression that 1xx could be related to Infrastructure. But I am not sure if that is the correct understanding. For example all fundamental exams are numbered 9xx. So are exams numbered differently in role based certifications? What is the numbering pattern and practice in role based certifications? Again one might assume that all architect exams may have the same number pattern but they don’t. Some patterns emerge when it comes to Windows certification - 8xx. Collaboration and communication - 7xx except MB 700. So it appears even under role based certifications the numbering pattern may be different depending on the technology or platform or product. I have not found any authoritative material on the internet form anyone in Microsoft or an MVP on this topic. PL‑300 Exam Revoked After Official Break — Urgent Escalation | TrackingID#2603050050003216
Hello, I first contacted OnVUE, and they immediately revoked my PL‑300 exam. Microsoft later confirmed the revocation for this reason: “unauthorized interruption (unscheduled break) and leaving the exam environment.” However, I used an official Microsoft‑authorized unscheduled break by clicking “Take a Break”, exactly as documented for the PL‑300 exam. I still had 40 minutes remaining and 6 case‑study questions left. It is 2026, yet there is still a major contradiction between: Microsoft’s rules (which allow official breaks), and OnPersonVUE’s enforcement (which treats them as violations). Which rules should candidates follow? Also, on Liberty Munson’s official announcement: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/skills-hub-blog/unscheduled-breaks-now-available-in-most-exams-without-requesting-in-advance/3287005 several candidates reported the exact same issue, and Microsoft granted them a free retake. Why not me? I request: review by a higher‑level Microsoft Certification authority; confirmation whether Liberty Munson’s guidelines are still valid; and, if so, the free retake I am entitled to under Microsoft policy. Hi First Microsoft opted out from awesome Credly (awesome, as learners collected “all” personal certifications in one place, no matter the vendor - easy to share the Credly profile link for various reasons) And now you have quit creating “per certification branded badge”s, and only provide standard “Associate” & “Expert” badges with a “Learn diploma) showing the name of the certification “in text” (the new Fabric exam as example) For us globally in roles like “Alliance Managers”, “Partner Managers”, driving and summarizing partners excellence in the area of Microsoft + pushing with marketing us and Microsoft- this is bad! Example on how we earlier are using the per certification badges Is it just by mistake you have taken this path? Or is it just me and my learners that have missed where they can download per exam branded badges for newer certifications now? Regards Gabriel
Passed the MS-102 exam but not seeing certificate.
I have passed the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator back on August 11 2024. However I do not see the certificate for this exam. I have reached out to Pearson Vue who referenced me to the support page for live chat with Microsoft. Which the chat with Microsoft referenced only this forum and not available live person to chat/call or email. I am left with having to open a "discussion" here to try to get further assistance on this matter. Please let me know what needs to be done to move this forward.
