Access issue with Copilot Studio in Microsoft Learn Applied Skills lab
Hello Microsoft Community, I am currently working on the Microsoft Learn Applied Skills exercise: “Create your customer service agent” using Copilot Studio. When attempting to sign in, I am using my personal Gmail account. However, I receive an error stating that personal Microsoft accounts are not supported, and I am unable to proceed with the lab. Is a Microsoft Entra ID work/school account required to access Copilot Studio for this exercise? Thanks in advance.Microsoft Applied Skills: assessment labs and support
Hello. I would like to report one problem: it often happens that an assessment lab for a Microsoft Applied Skill is planned for retirement on a specific day and the same lab is "undergoing maintenance" for a long time period, but that lab ends up not being available anymore before its final retirement. In addition to this, no information are shared and there is no way to monitor the availability of an assessment lab: the status post for Applied Skills Assessment Status that was available in the past is not working anymore and that post was not regularly updated as well. This is something that has already happened in the past. Is it possible to improve the way the information related to the availability of Applied Skills are shared? Also it would be appreciated if the unavailability of an assessment lab could be taken into the account before retiring one lab: postponing the retirement to compensate for the lab's unavailability due to the "undergoing maintenance" would be good and really appreciated. Hello. The Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an Azure AI Vision solution is going to be retired on January 30 and it still undergoing maintenance. Is there any possibility for this Applied Skill to be available before being retired? Also is it possible to have a page listing the actual maintenance status and availability of all the Applied Skills as it was in the past? Thank you. Bye.
