Windows 3.1 8 floppy discs

Hey, I got my hands on Windows 3.1 floppy disc set in Norway. Looks original but when i try to Sell it off on market i am being blocked and cannot sell. Have Windows 3.0 on 4 Floppy discs and that one can be posted and it seems original. They look very similar with the stickers and writing on them

Need help
