Azure Billing Credit - No Explanation
Hello, I have a customer who received a larger credit on their February bill without any explanation. The customer is seeking clarification on the reason behind this credit. We compared the Azure billing and Azure portal cost management and noticed discrepancies in charges for compute and some PaaS services. Unfortunately, support has not been able to provide any answers or assistance. Could you please suggest a way to identify the source of this credit and the reason for it? Is there a specific team or group that might be able to assist us in resolving this issue? Thank you in advance for your help! Terru
Issue conectiong microsoft forms and power Automate
Hello, I've been trying to connect Microsoft Forms with Power Automate to create a simple flow that sends notifications when a form is completed. However, when I attempt to sign in and connect both apps, I receive the following error message: "Microsoft Services", de modo que no se puede acceder a la aplicación "7ab7862c-4c57-491e-8a45-d52a7e023983" de dicho inquilino. Para ello, en primer lugar es necesario agregar la cuenta como usuario externo en el inquilino. Use otra cuenta. I am currently using Microsoft 365 Family, and from what I understand, this plan includes access to both apps. pc broken
my PC has been bsoding for the past year, always thought it was because i was overusing my RAM, but it's starting to get on my nerves. I've checked event viewer and this error caught my eye WHEA Logger Event-20 A fatal hardware error has occurred. Component: AMD Northbridge Error Source: Machine Check Exception Error Type: 25 Processor APIC ID: 0 im using windows 10 fyi. there's also WHEA-Logger Event 18 A fatal hardware error has occurred. Photo Preview instead of Icons for Teams file on Mobile Phone
We just recently converted from the Google suite over to MS and Teams. We have guys out in the field that take photos of job sites and upload them to the Channel within the specific Team. When we go in and create a folder under the files tab, the technicians will upload photos of prewires or job site images. Is there a way on MOBILE devices to have these as tiles with image previews rather than just the description of the photo like in the pictures? Is there a different app that I can create a tab for better visibility for our techs?SharePoint list custom json header not applying
I go to Add new item -> Configure Layout -> (add my very basic json code to format header) -> click Save The json code saves, but it does nothing to update the format of the list. I could click the Preview button, but it does nothing when I click it. The formatting code is saved, but it doesn't change the look of the list. Could it be that my organization is somehow limiting my ability to format lists within our sharepoint?

My Microsoft account was hacked into. They changed my password and sent out all kinds of spam. They took over all my accounts, including banking, that were connected to my hotmail email. They changed the email on the account and even enabled a two step verification with their contact info. I'm still fighting to get back all of my accounts that are connected to my hotmail.com email. Because of all the spam they sent, my Microsoft account is now also locked. I've tried multiple times in sending the account verification form but because they have set up a two step verification, the form sends me the automatic reply notification that the form does not work for my account. I had to create this new Microsoft account just to try and get help from Microsoft. It has been a never-ending loop of sending the account verification form and having it get kicked back. Also been in a never-ending loop on the support page trying to request assistance but it just leads me to sending an account verification form. I NEED my hotmail.com email back. It still has so much information that I need to get all my bank, shopping, personal, etc. accounts back not to mention all the sentimental emails and photos that are in there back from when I first created the account. It was my first email ever and I need to get it back. Please, what can I do?? How can I get a hold of an actual person at Microsoft that can help me with this?
No Internet After BSOD + Windows Firewall & Services Won’t Start
Hello, I'm experiencing critical issues with my Windows system after a sudden BSOD crash. My main issue is that I cannot connect to the internet, even though my LAN connection is detected. Additionally, Windows Defender Firewall and multiple services are not starting, preventing me from troubleshooting effectively. Issue Summary: Lost internet access after BSOD → The LAN connection is detected but stuck on "Identifying..." Windows Defender Firewall won’t start → Error when trying to restore/restart settings. Windows services related to the firewall won’t start → Base Filtering Engine (BFE) and other dependencies won’t start, possibly due to registry issues. Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service won’t start manually. sfc /scannow shows no integrity violations. netsh advfirewall reset fails with "An error occurred while attempting to contact Windows Defender Firewall..." Events Leading to the Issue: Playing a Roblox game. BSOD occurred out of nowhere. System rebooted, but no internet (LAN connection detected but doesn’t fully identify the network). Windows Defender Firewall error: "Microsoft Defender Firewall is using settings that may make your device unsafe." Clicking "Restore settings" does nothing. Manually starting Firewall services results in errors. Troubleshooting Attempts So Far: ✅Checked BIOS (Gigabyte B560M Gaming HD, BIOS vF10): OnBoard LAN Controller is enabled. Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller is present. Tried enabling Network Stack but still no internet. ✅ Ran network troubleshooting commands: sfc /scannow → No integrity violations. netsh winsock reset & netsh int ip reset → No effect. netsh advfirewall reset → Fails with an error. ✅ Checked services: Windows Defender Firewall service won’t start. Base Filtering Engine (BFE) won’t start (Access Denied). Manually adding "Everyone" to BFE registry didn’t help. ✅ Took the PC to a technician: LAN port hardware is not the issue. Technician suggested a full system reformat, but I want to avoid this as I have important files. What I Need Help With: How can I restore my network connection without resetting Windows? How do I fix Windows Defender Firewall and dependent services (BFE, WDF) when they won’t start? Could this be a corrupt Windows registry issue, and if so, how can I fix it? Are there any advanced troubleshooting steps I can try before resorting to a full system reset? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. 🙏
